If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Patchwork.

Patchwork is a digital marketplace and discovery platform that allows users to:

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.2 License to Platform

By uploading User Content, you grant Patchwork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or terminate your account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

4.3 Content Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• • Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

Content removal or account suspension does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing, as we may take precautionary measures to protect the Platform and its users.
